Chiang Rai is blessed with some of Southeast Asia’s finest Arabica coffee. Ours is organically grown, harvested, and custom roasted by a local family-owned business and perfect start of the day or ending to the perfect meal.


With M.L. Sudavdee’s creative concepts and vision the resort has gone beyond the green concept to a green lifestyle; with water supplied from our own reservoirs the resort cultivates a tea plantation, organic farms, and fruit orchards for its own cuisine. We also support local area growers and suppliers to provide meats, vegetables and fruits which are seasonably available.
